Since 2008 we have been offering wellness services to clients and partners. The business began with complimentary and alternative medicines (CAMs), providing support for those that had exhausted all conventional health paths. We swiftly developed a more extensive range of tests to include those that were scientifically supported and products from already established brands.

Our global network of partners and websites now reaches over 40 countries providing allergy, sensitivity, intolerance, DNA, and other health-related tests to clients and partners.

We remain committed to our core belief that an individual should be presented with relevant key facts relating to the tests available to them. From those facts, they can make their own informed decision on which path to take.

This is why we have proceeded to offer both conventional and complementary products and services. It allows us to provide the most comprehensive option to a potential client. All of our tests are accompanied by a ‘Test Facts’ statement offering you essential, relevant information about the tests. We were first in the industry to create and implement this useful aid, which began in November 2019. It ensures our clients understand the test they are buying.

Our head office is located in Derby, United Kingdom, along with our laboratories. Our state-of-the-art allergy and intolerance lab is part of an ISO 9001 certified facility, and the labs follow Good Laboratory Practice. We continue to update to the latest equipment and training to ensure we provide our customers with the best possible service.

Choice of convention

As an organization, we do not believe in ‘one size fits all.’ For some, conventional products and services are the very best solution; But others may have exhausted those options and require alternatives. By giving our clients relevant information to make an informed decision, we believe we offer the broadest and most diverse forms of testing.

Confidentiality

We have a dedicated secure server to host our websites and transactional infrastructure. We use Salesforce to store all client data and communications. Our team is regularly trained and audited for data protection compliance. We also adopt an access protocol to ensure data is not shared or accessed by individuals that lack the correct authority. A confidential waste company processes all confidential documentation. All waste samples are also disposed of as medical waste and incinerated.

Environmental responsibility

All of our box packagings are now recyclable and use plant-based ink. Our offices and labs recycle non-confidential waste, and we promote and encourage the use of energy-saving devices throughout the business. We also aim to move to carbon-neutral or renewable suppliers of essential services such as energy, waste disposal, and consumables.
